This is a color wheel from which you can pick colors for your website in the Hexadecimal form that the website language HTML uses, a combination of 6 letters and numbers. For example, BLACK = "000000", WHITE = "FFFFFF", etc. All you need to do is run your mouse anywhere over the color wheel and make a note of the letters/numbers that correspond to the color you want.
