Cliff Rubin is really great to work with--my rating would be five stars out of five. He worked on my Sounder Sleep System web site project with tremendous focus and determination from start to finish. He stuck with it until the finished product was complete and totally in accord with my needs and wishes. No delays, no excuses. Even the smallest detail was of great concern to him--he never asked me to settle for second best or to compromise my vision. Whatever I wanted to do, he found the best, most economical way to do it.
Once my site was complete, Cliff was always available for questions, discussions, and to handle maintenance issues. Site upgrades are handled with the same attention to detail that I saw in the original project. Everything is on time (or ahead of schedule), and done right. Many times I changed my mind about a feature or an interface issue halfway through--not a problem! Cliff never seems to get ruffled by that--he is always eager to give me what I want. He is very patient in explaining technical issues that I may not understand.
