CLIENT: HBO & G2P2 Films/Remembering the Artist, Robert De Niro, Sr. URL:http://www.rememberingtheartist.com LOCATION: New York City TECHNOLOGIES USED: HTML, RWD, CSS THE CHALLENGE: To create a site to build interest in the recent documentary "Remembering the Artist, Robert De Niro, Sr." about actor Robert De Niro's artist father, produced by G2P2 Films and HBO. The first version of the site was launched to coincide with the premiere at the Sundance Film Festival, with the full, responsive site launching shortly afterwards.
CLIENT: RES Systems URL:http://res.systems LOCATION: Massapequa, New York TECHNOLOGIES USED: HTML, PHP, RWD, CSS, Jquery, Custom MySQL Databases THE CHALLENGE: A site with both a front-end and a complex client-only back-end that provides a number of very sophisticated database query functions. We created a clean, user-friendly way for RES's clients to be able to manage all the necessary data on the back-end, with a new public-facing site to match, to ensure a fully consistent site experience throughout.
CLIENT: The Windsors, Riverdale New York Apartment Buildings URL:http://www.thewindsors.org LOCATION: Riverdale, New York TECHNOLOGIES USED: HTML, PHP, RWD, CSS THE CHALLENGE: To completely redesign the web presence and branding for this pair of apartment buildings in Riverdale, New York. With information for renters, buyers and current tenants, the site supplies all the necessary details in a new, modern framework, including a responsive photo gallery of new photos taken by a JonasWeb photographer.
CLIENT: The Kellner Pediatric Liver Foundation URL:http://www.kellnerliverfoundation.org LOCATION: Westchester County, New York TECHNOLOGIES USED: HTML, RWD, CSS, PHP, Custom Wordpress THE CHALLENGE: To redesign and bring up to date the site for this New York charity, for whom JonasWeb developed their first site over a decade ago. The new responsive site was built with Wordpress but with a custom design to match the charity's new look, working in conjunction with their ad agency. As with all of our charity sites, the site provides an easy, secure way to make donations and register for fundraising events.
CLIENT: Diane Haeger URL:http://www.dianehaeger.com LOCATION: California TECHNOLOGIES USED: PHP, HTML, RWD, CSS THE CHALLENGE: Creating a site to both announce the new title by author Diane Haeger and highlight her numerous previous novels, using imagery and design elements consistent with her work and a responsive, full-screen presentation.
CLIENT: Richard Stein Hair URL:http://www.richardsteinhair.com LOCATION: New York City TECHNOLOGIES USED: Wordpress, PHP, HTML, RWD, CSS, JQuery, Custom Wordpress THE CHALLENGE: To create a new site redesign for well-known NYC celebrity hairstylist Richard Stein, for whom JonasWeb created his first site over a decade ago. Utilizing Wordpress in the background with a custom, responsive JonasWeb design front-end was the approach chosen to effectively combine the client's high-design aesthetic with their need to update the site themselves and run a blog. The site also includes a full e-commerce component for secure online sales of Stein's line of hair products.
CLIENT: Curtis Brown, LTD URL:http://www.curtisbrown.com LOCATION: New York City TECHNOLOGIES USED: HTML, RWD, CSS, PHP, Custom Wordpress THE CHALLENGE: To create a new site for this venerable NY literary agency, striking the delicate balance between modern technology and the century-old agency's classic aesthetic. The responsive site was built with many layers of custom programming to allow the agency's admins to add new projects to the site and customize their displays via the use of custom algorithms. This is a good example of using the power of Wordpress to run the site in the background, allowing for easy content management by the client, but with a fully custom design on the front end.
CLIENT: Warner Bros. & Isle of Man Post LOCATION: Isle of Man, U.K. TECHNOLOGIES USED: HTML, CSS THE CHALLENGE: To create and execute an HTML email campaign advertising the Isle of Man's Harry Potter postage stamp series. The mailing was sent to a large list of Harry Potter fans and previous stamp customers, and was the first time the Isle of Man used targeted e-mail to advertise their postal products.
